It assures to each citizen the equality of opportunity concerning [face] employment and guarantees to each worker a just and equitable remuneration.

The worker has the right to an equitable and sufficient remuneration, that procures, for him and his family, material and spiritual well-being.
Payment of the remuneration and of the social benefits of the worker takes priority over any other obligation of the employer.
Minimum remunerations are regulated by the State with participation of the representative organizations of the workers and of the employers. (Art. 24) - Spanish
El trabajador tiene derecho a una remuneración equitativa y suficiente, que procure, para él y su familia, el bienestar material y espiritual.
El pago de la remuneración y de los beneficios sociales del trabajador tiene prioridad sobre cualquiera otra obligación del empleador.
Las remuneraciones mínimas se regulan por el Estado con participación de las organizaciones representativas de los trabajadores y de los empleadores. (Art. 24)
