- EnglishEvery citizen has the right to rest, recreation and leisure. The State in co-operation with co-operatives, trade unions and other socio-economic organisations will guarantee this right by prescribing hours and conditions of work and by establishing holiday arrangements for workers, including a complex of cultural, educational and health institutions. (Art. 23)

- English1. Work shall be a right and a duty for every citizen, and the state shall endeavor to provide for all citizens, and the law shall organize work, its conditions and the workers’ rights;
2. Each worker shall have a fair wage according to the quality and output of the work; this wage shall be no less than the minimum wage that ensures the requirements of living and changes in living conditions;

- English(1) It shall be unlawful for any person (in the course of that person’s involvement in any of the areas to which this subsection is applied by subsection (3)) to make a request of any other person for sexual intercourse, sexual contact, or other form of sexual activity which contains an implied or overt promise of preferential treatment or an implied or overt threat of detrimental treatment.
(2) It shall be unlawful for any person (in the course of that person’s involvement in any of the areas to which this subsection is applied by subsection (3)) by the use of language (whether written or spoken) of a sexual nature, or of visual material of a sexual nature, or by physical behaviour of a sexual nature, to subject any other person to behaviour that—
(a) is unwelcome or offensive to that person (whether or not that is conveyed to the first-mentioned person); and
(b) is either repeated, or of such a significant nature, that it has a detrimental effect on that person in respect of any of the areas to which this subsection is applied by subsection (3).
(3) The areas to which subsections (1) and (2) apply are—
(a) the making of an application for employment:

- English1. Every person has the right to enter freely into any contract subject to such conditions, limitations or restrictions as are laid down by the general principles of the law of contract. A law shall provide for the prevention of exploitation by persons who are commanding economic power.
2. A law may provide for collective labour contracts of obligatory fulfilment by employers and workers with adequate protection of the rights of any person, whether or not represented at the conclusion of such contract. The workers have the right to conditions of work that assure to them[,] especially:
1. Equal pay [salario] for equal work in identical conditions, adequate to their social responsibility, without discrimination for political, religious, [or] social reasons, [reasons] of sex or of any other type [clase], that assures to them a well being compatible with human dignity.
2. To be remunerated in legal tender at their place [centro] of work.

Los trabajadores tienen derecho a condiciones de trabajo que les aseguren en especial:
1) Salario igual por trabajo igual en idénticas condiciones, adecuado a su responsabilidad social, sin discriminaciones por razones políticas, religiosas, sociales, de sexo o de cualquier otra clase, que les asegure un bienestar compatible con la dignidad humana.
2) Ser remunerado en moneda de curso legal en su centro de trabajo.
3) La inembargabilidad del salario mínimo y las prestaciones sociales, excepto para protección de su familia y en los términos que establezca la ley.
