The state shall recognise as inviolable the fundamental rights and freedoms enshrined in the Constitution and shall create the political, economic, social and cultural conditions and conditions of peace and stability that guarantee their effective realisation and protection, under the terms of the Constitution and the law.
2. It shall be the duty of all public authorities to respect and guarantee the free exercise of fundamental rights and freedoms and the fulfilment of constitutional and legal duties. The State shall be obliged to take all measures available to it to create the internal and international order necessary for full exercise of the rights and freedoms of citizens of the Republic of Belarus provided for in the Constitution.
State bodies, officials and other persons entrusted with the performance of public functions shall, within the limits of their competence, take the measures necessary for the exercise and protection of the rights and freedoms of the individual.

Государство обязано принимать все доступные ему меры для создания внутреннего и международного порядка, необходимого для полного осуществления прав и свобод граждан Республики Беларусь, предусмотренных Конституцией.

- English(1) The fundamental human rights and freedoms enshrined in this Chapter3 shall be respected and upheld by the Executive, Legislature and Judiciary and all other organs of government and its agencies and, where applicable to them, by all natural and legal persons in Ghana, and shall be enforceable by the Courts as provided for in this Constitution.
(2) Every person in Ghana, whatever his race, place of origin, political opinion, colour, religion, creed or gender shall be entitled to the fundamental human rights and freedoms of the individual contained in this Chapter but subject to respect for the rights and freedoms of others and for the public interest.
