- EnglishThe State bases itself on respect for the dignity of the person and organizes itself for the real and effective protection of the fundamental rights that are inherent to it. The dignity of the human being is sacred, innate, and inviolable; its respect and protection constitute an essential responsibility of the public powers. (Art. 38)

- English(1) The fundamental human rights and freedoms enshrined in this Chapter3 shall be respected and upheld by the Executive, Legislature and Judiciary and all other organs of government and its agencies and, where applicable to them, by all natural and legal persons in Ghana, and shall be enforceable by the Courts as provided for in this Constitution.
(2) Every person in Ghana, whatever his race, place of origin, political opinion, colour, religion, creed or gender shall be entitled to the fundamental human rights and freedoms of the individual contained in this Chapter but subject to respect for the rights and freedoms of others and for the public interest. The State shall be obliged to take all measures available to it to create the internal and international order necessary for full exercise of the rights and freedoms of citizens of the Republic of Belarus provided for in the Constitution.
State bodies, officials and other persons entrusted with the performance of public functions shall, within the limits of their competence, take the measures necessary for the exercise and protection of the rights and freedoms of the individual.
These bodies and individuals are responsible for acts that violate individual rights and freedoms. (Art. 59) - Belarusian

Государство обязано принимать все доступные ему меры для создания внутреннего и международного порядка, необходимого для полного осуществления прав и свобод граждан Республики Беларусь, предусмотренных Конституцией.
Государственные органы, должностные и иные лица, которым доверено исполнение государственных функций, обязаны в пределах своей компетенции принимать необходимые меры для осуществления и защиты прав и свобод личности.
Эти органы и лица несут ответственность за действия, нарушающие права и свободы личности. (Статья 59)

- EnglishAny act on the part of the Public Power that violates or encroaches upon the rights guaranteed by this Constitution and by law is null and void, and the public employees ordering or implementing the same shall incur criminal, civil and administrative liability, as applicable in each case, with no defense on grounds of having followed the orders of a superior. (Art. 25)
