- English(1) Everyone shall contribute to covering common needs according to his or her capabilities and to his or her participation in the economy.
(2) For persons raising children, the extent of their contribution to covering common needs must be determined taking into consideration the costs of raising children. 1. A family is established on the basis of the voluntary marriage of a man and a woman who have attained the legal age of marriage. Marriage is not permitted without the consent of the two persons entering into marriage. Marriage shall be registered by the state.
2. The care and upbringing of children is equally the right and duty of both father and mother. Children who are capable of work and have reached the age of majority are obliged to take care of their parents.
