Marriage as the union of a woman and a man, the family, maternity, paternity and childhood shall be protected by the State.
A woman and a man, on reaching marriageable age, have the right to marry voluntarily and to create a family. Spouses have equal rights in marriage and family.
Parents or persons in loco parentis have the right and the duty to bring up their children, care for their health, development and education, prepare them for socially useful work, instil in them a culture of respect for the law and for the historical and national traditions of Belarus. ... Children are obliged to take care of and assist their parents and persons in loco parentis.
The state provides support for families with children, orphans and children left without parental care.
The state ensures the priority of raising children within the family. Children may be separated from their family against the will of their parents and other persons in loco parentis only based on a court order if the parents or other persons in loco parentis fail to fulfil their obligations.

Шлюб як саюз жанчыны і мужчыны, сям’я, мацярынства, бацькоўства і дзяцінства знаходзяцца пад абаронай дзяржавы.

- English(1) Parenthood and the family are under the protection of the law. Special protection is guaranteed to children and adolescents.
(2) Pregnant women are guaranteed special care, protection in labour relations, and suitable work conditions.
(3) Children, whether born in or out of wedlock, enjoy equal rights.
(4) It is the parents' right to care for and raise their children; children have the right to upbringing and care from their parents. Parental rights may be limited and minor children may be removed from their parents' custody against the latters' will only by the decision of a court on the basis of the law.
(5) Parents who are raising children have the right to assistance from the state.
(6) Detailed provisions shall be set by law. (Charter, Art. 32) - Czech(1) Rodičovství a rodina jsou pod ochranou zákona. Zvláštní ochrana dětí a mladistvých je zaručena.
(2) Ženě v těhotenství je zaručena zvláštní péče, ochrana v pracovních vztazích a odpovídající pracovní podmínky.
(3) Děti narozené v manželství i mimo ně mají stejná práva.
(4) Péče o děti a jejich výchova je právem rodičů; děti mají právo na rodičovskou výchovu a péči. Práva rodičů mohou být omezena a nezletilé děti mohou být od rodičů odloučeny proti jejich vůli jen rozhodnutím soudu na základě zákona.
(5) Rodiče, kteří pečují o děti, mají právo na pomoc státu.

- English(1) Men and women of marriageable age have a right to marry and found a family.
(2) Marriage shall be entered into only with the free and full consent of the intending spouses.
(3) The family is the natural and fundamental unit of society and is entitled to protection by the State.
(4) Motherhood and childhood are entitled to special care and assistance by society and the State.
(5) Society and the State have the duty to preserve and sustain the harmonious development, cohesion and respect for the family and family values.
(6) Subject to the availability of resources, the Government shall provide facilities and opportunities necessary to enhance the welfare of the needy and the elderly.
