- English1) Every Liechtenstein citizen shall be entitled to civil rights in accordance with the provisions of this Constitution.
2) All Liechtenstein citizens who have completed their 18th year, have their normal residence in Liechtenstein, and whose right to vote has not been suspended shall be entitled to all political rights in national matters. - English1. Every citizen who has attained the age of eighteen years shall have the right to vote and stand for election for any state or local authority body and to serve their terms of office or mandates, under the terms of the Constitution and the law.
