- EnglishThe chairman and members of the Sovereignty Council meet the following conditions:
(1) He is of Sudanese nationality by birth, and not hold the nationality of any other country;
(2) He is not be less than 35 years of age;
(3) He possesses integrity and competence;
(4) He has not have been convicted by a final ruling from a competent court for a crime related to honor, trustworthiness or financial responsibility. (Art. 12) - Arabicيشترط في رئيس وعضو مجلس السيادة:
1. ان يكون سودانياً بالميلاد ولا يحمل جنسية دوله اخري
2. الا يقل عمره عن خمسة وثلاثين عاماً.

- EnglishThe President of the Republic is elected in general and direct elections, by secret ballot, for a term of five years. A person may be elected President of the Republic two times at most. The President of the Republic shall be a citizen of the Republic of North Macedonia. A person may be elected President of the Republic if over the age of at least 40 on the day of election. A person may not be elected President of the Republic if, on the day of election, he/she has not been a resident of the Republic of North Macedonia for at least ten years within the last fifteen years. - English(1) A person shall be qualified for election as President if—
(a) he or she is a citizen of The Gambia by birth or descent;
(b) he or she has attained the minimum age of thirty years;
(c) he or she has been ordinarily resident in The Gambia for at least the five years immediately preceding the election;
(d) he or she has completed senior secondary school education; and
(e) he or she is qualified to be elected as a member of the National Assembly.
(2) A person who holds the citizenship or nationality of a country other than The Gambia, shall not be qualified for election as President.

- EnglishThe executive power is vested in the King, or in the Queen if she has succeeded to the Crown pursuant to the provisions of Article 6 or Article 7 or Article 48 of this Constitution. When the executive power is thus vested in the Queen, she has all the rights and obligations which pursuant to this Constitution and the law of the land are possessed by the King. (Art. 3)

- EnglishFirst: The Council of Representatives shall elect a President of the Republic from among the candidates by a two-thirds majority of the number of its members.
Second: If none of the candidates receive the required majority vote then the two candidates who received the highest number of votes shall compete and the one who receives the majority of votes in the second election shall be declared President.
