Through these circumscriptions four (4) Representatives will be elected, so distributed: two (2) by the circumscription of the communities of afro-descent, one (1) by the circumscription of the indigenous communities, and one (1) by the international circumscription. In the latter, only the votes cast [depositados] outside of the national territory by citizens resident abroad will be counted.
