- EnglishNo person shall be qualified to be an elector at an election of the President, or of the Members of Parliament or to vote at any Referendum, if he is subject to any of the following disqualifications, namely –
(a) if he is not a citizen of Sri Lanka ;
(b) if he has not attained the age of eighteen years on the qualifying date specified by law under the provisions of Article 101 ;
(c) if he is under any law in force in Sri Lanka found or declared to be of unsound mind;

(1) A Parliament is established for Tuvalu.
(2) Parliament is the representative, legislative and deliberative assembly of Tuvalu.
(3) Parliament shall exercise the functions of decision making and oversight and shall strive to do so through consensus and cooperation. (Sec. 83)

1) Two delegates from each province, elected by an electoral college composed of members of the Communal Councils of the considered province, originating from different ethnic communities and elected by distinct ballots;

a. is a citizen of The Bahamas of the age of twenty-one years or upwards; and
