- EnglishAll the provisions stipulated by laws and regulations prior to the promulgation of this Constitution shall remain in force, and they may neither be amended nor repealed except in accordance with the regulations and procedures prescribed herein.
The state shall be obliged to issue laws executing the provisions of this Constitution. (Art. 224) - Arabicكل ما نصّت عليه القوانين واللّوائح من أحكام قبل صدور الدّستور، يبقى نافذاً، ولا يجوز تعديلها، ولا إلغاؤها إلّا وفقاً للقواعد، والإجراءات المقرّرة فى الدستور.

Bolivia, Plurinational State of
- EnglishI. Every person, natural and legal, as well as public organs, public functions and institutions, are subject to the present Constitution.
II. The Constitution is the supreme norm of Bolivian law and enjoys supremacy before any other normative disposition. The components of constitutional law include the international Treaties and Conventions in the matter of human rights and the norms of Communitarian Law, which have been ratified by the country. The application of the legal norms shall be governed by the following hierarchy, in accordance with the authority of the territorial entities:
1. Constitution of the State
2. International treaties
3. National laws, statutes of the autonomies, organic charters and the other departmental, municipal and indigenous legislation.
4. Decrees, regulations and other resolutions issued by the corresponding executive organs. (Art. 410) - SpanishI. Todas las personas, naturales y jurídicas, así como los órganos públicos, funciones públicas e instituciones, se encuentran sometidos a la presente Constitución.
II. La Constitución es la norma suprema del ordenamiento jurídico boliviano y goza de primacía frente a cualquier otra disposición normativa. El bloque de constitucionalidad está integrado por los Tratados y Convenios internacionales en materia de Derechos Humanos y las normas de Derecho Comunitario, ratificados por el país. La aplicación de las normas jurídicas se regirá por la siguiente jerarquía, de acuerdo a las competencias de las entidades territoriales:
1. Constitución Política del Estado.
2. Los tratados internacionales.
3. Las leyes nacionales, los estatutos autonómicos, las cartas orgánicas y el resto de legislación departamental, municipal e indígena.
4. Los decretos, reglamentos y demás resoluciones emanadas de los órganos ejecutivos correspondientes. (Art. 410)
