(2) The Termination of Pregnancy Act, 1981 shall unless sooner repealed, cease to have effect twelve months after the date of coming into force of this Constitution.

(6) If a law is rescinded as unconstitutional by a ruling of the Constitutional Court, the legal provisions rescinded by the law which the Constitutional Court has pronounced unconstitutional enter into force again unless the judgement pronounces otherwise, on the day of entry into force of the rescission. The publication on the rescission of the law shall also announce whether and which legal provisions again enter into force.
(7) If a law has been rescinded on the score of unconstitutionality or if the Constitutional Court has pursuant to para 4 above pronounced a law to be unconstitutional, all courts and administrative authorities are bound by the Constitutional Court’s decision. The law shall however continue to apply to the circumstances effected before the rescission the case in point excepted, unless the Constitutional Court in its rescissory ruling decides otherwise.

(6) Wird durch ein Erkenntnis des Verfassungsgerichtshofes ein Gesetz als verfassungswidrig aufgehoben, so treten mit dem Tag des Inkrafttretens der Aufhebung, falls das Erkenntnis nicht anderes ausspricht, die gesetzlichen Bestimmungen wieder in Kraft, die durch das vom Verfassungsgerichtshof als verfassungswidrig erkannte Gesetz aufgehoben worden waren. III. Laws must not contradict the Constitution. The application and fulfillment is obligatory only for published laws for all citizens, legislative, executive and judicial powers, juridical persons and municipalities.
IV. Decrees of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan must not contradict the Constitution or laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Only published decrees are used and implemented for citizens, executive organs, and juridical persons.
V. Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers must not contradict the Constitution, Laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and decrees of the Republic of Azerbaijan. It is only when the resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan are made public that their application and realization are obligatory for citizens, central and local organs of the executive power, juridical persons.
VI. Acts of central and local organs of the executive power must not contradict the Constitution, the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, decrees of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
