There shall be no appeal against a decision of the Constitutional Court; this however does not apply if due to a decision by a body of an international organization set up to ensure the observance of international agreements binding for the Slovak Republic, the Slovak Republic has the obligation in proceedings before the Constitutional Court to reopen a final decision of the Constitutional Court. (Art. 133)

Status of the Constitution
- English1. The Constitution is the fundamental and supreme law of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
All other legal documents must conform to the Constitution.
All violations of the Constitution shall be dealt with.
2. The National Assembly and its agencies, the President, the Government, People’s Courts, People’s Procuracies, other agencies of the State and all the People shall defend the Constitution.
The mechanism to defend the Constitution shall be prescribed by a law. (Art. 119) - Vietnamese1. Hiến pháp là luật cơ bản của nước Cộng hoà xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam, có hiệu lực pháp lý cao nhất.
Mọi văn bản pháp luật khác phải phù hợp với Hiến pháp.
Mọi hành vi vi phạm Hiến pháp đều bị xử lý.
2. Quốc hội, các cơ quan của Quốc hội, Chủ tịch nước, Chính phủ, Tòa án nhân dân, Viện kiểm sát nhân dân, các cơ quan khác của Nhà nước và toàn thể Nhân dân có trách nhiệm bảo vệ Hiến pháp.
