Those decisions can only be adopted by the absolute majority of each Chamber of the Congress. - EnglishThe international treaties celebrated by El Salvador with other States or with international organs, constitute laws of the Republic once they enter into force, in accordance with the provisions of the same treaty and of this Constitution.
The law cannot modify or derogate that agreed to in a treaty in force for El Salvador. In case of conflict between the treaty and the law, the treaty will prevail. (Art. 144) - SpanishLos tratados internacionales celebrados por El Salvador con otros Estados o con organismos internacionales, constituyen leyes de la República al entrar en vigencia, conforme a las disposiciones del mismo tratado y de esta Constitución.

II. Of the actions of unconstitutionality that have for their object to establish [plantear] the possible contradiction between a norm of general character and this Constitution.
The actions of unconstitutionality can be exercised, during the thirty natural days following the date of publication of the norm, by:

g) The National Commission of Human Rights, against laws of federal character or of the federative entities, as well as international treaties celebrated by the Federal Executive and approved by the Senate of the Republic, that make vulnerable the human rights consecrated in this Constitution and in the international treaties to which Mexico is party. Also the equivalent organs [organismos] of protection of human rights in the federative entities, against laws enacted by the Legislatures.
h) The guarantor organ [organismo] that Article 6 of this Constitution establishes against laws of federal and local character, as well as [against] international treaties celebrated by the Federal Executive and approved by the Senate of the Republic, which infringe [vulneren] the right of the access to public information and the protection of personal data. In the same way, the equivalent guarantor organs [organismos] in the federative entities, against laws enacted [expedidas] by the local Legislatures; and

- EnglishAgreements with other powers and with organizations based on international law shall be concluded by, or by authority of, the President and shall be, insofar as the agreements require, ratified by the President. These agreements shall be communicated to the National Assembly as soon as possible; they shall not be ratified and they shall not enter into force until they have received the approval of the National Assembly. (Art. 103)

- English(1) The Caribbean Court of Justice
(a) shall have exclusive and compulsory jurisdiction in
(i) disputes between Contracting Parties to the Agreement;
(ii) disputes between any Contracting Parties to the Agreement and the Community;
(iii) referrals from national courts or tribunals of Contracting Parties to the Agreement;
(iv) concerning the interpretation and application of the Treaty;
(b) shall have exclusive jurisdiction
(i) to deliver advisory opinions concerning the interpretation and application of the Treaty upon the request of Contracting Parties or the Community;
(ii) where there is a dispute as to whether the Court has jurisdiction in a matter, to decide whether the Court has such jurisdiction; and
(c) shall be the final Court of Appeal from any decision given by the Court of Appeal.
(2) Where a court or tribunal is seised of an issue whose resolution involves a question concerning the interpretation or application of the Treaty, the court or tribunal shall, if it considers that a decision on the question is necessary to enable it to deliver judgment, before delivering judgment, refer the question to the Court for determination.
(3) The Court shall be a superior court of record and, save as otherwise provided by Parliament, shall have all the powers of such a court.
(4) A decision of the Court concerning Barbados shall be enforced in Barbados in like manner as if it were a decision of the High Court. (Sec. 79D)
