Venezuela, Bolivarian Republic of
- EnglishEveryone has the right, on the terms established by the human rights treaties, pacts and conventions ratified by the Republic, to address petitions and complaints to the intentional organs created for such purpose, in order to ask for protection of his or her human rights.
The State shall adopt, in accordance with the procedures established under this Constitution and by the law, such measures as may be necessary to enforce the decisions emanating from international organs as provided for under this article. International agreements, previously ratified by the Republic of Poland upon the basis of constitutional provisions valid at the time of their ratification and promulgated in Dziennik Ustaw, shall be considered as agreements ratified with prior consent granted by statute, and shall be subject to the provisions of Article 91 of the Constitution if their connection with the categories of matters mentioned in Article 89, para. 1 of the Constitution derives from the terms of an international agreement.
2. The Council of Ministers shall, within 2 years of the coming into force of the Constitution, present to the Sejm a list of international agreements containing provisions not in conformity to the Constitution.

Umowy międzynarodowe ratyfikowane dotychczas przez Rzeczpospolitą Polską na podstawie obowiązujących w czasie ich ratyfikacji przepisów konstytucyjnych i ogłoszone w Dzienniku Ustaw, uznaje się za umowy ratyfikowane za uprzednią zgodą wyrażoną w ustawie i stosuje się do nich przepisy art. 91 Konstytucji, jeżeli z treści umowy międzynarodowej wynika, że dotyczą one kategorii spraw wymienionych w art. 89 ust. 1 Konstytucji.

(b) the reports and expression of views of bodies administering or enforcing these instruments;
(c) the reports, decisions or opinions of international and regional institutions administering or enforcing Conventions on human rights and freedoms;
