1. International agreements ratified by the Republic of Albania before the entry into force of this Constitution are considered as ratified according to this Constitution.
2. The Council of Ministers presents to the Constitutional Court the international agreements which contain provisions that come in conflict with the Constitution. (Art. 180) - Albanian

. If it has been laid down in law that an international agreement shall have validity as Swedish law, the Riksdag may prescribe that any future amendment which is binding upon the country shall also have validity as Swedish law. Such a decision relates only to a future amendment of limited extent. The decision is taken in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 6, paragraph two. Föreskrivs i lag att en internationell överenskommelse ska gälla som svensk rätt, får riksdagen besluta att även en framtida, för riket bindande ändring i överenskommelsen ska gälla som svensk rätt. Ett sådant beslut får endast avse framtida ändringar av begränsad omfattning. Beslutet fattas i den ordning som anges i 6 § andra stycket. 1. It recognizes and applies the norms of international law, general and American, in the method in which its public powers have adopted them;
2. The norms in effect from international ratified agreements shall rule in the internal realm, once published in an official manner;
3. The international relations of the Dominican Republic are based and ruled by the affirmation and promotion of its national values and interests, respect for human rights and international law;
4. In equality of conditions with other States, the Dominican Republic accepts an international judicial system that guarantees respect of fundamental rights, peace, justice, and political, social, economic and cultural development of nations.
