3. Kendisine 2. Maddenin 3. fıkrası hükümleri uygulanan bir dini grubun Kilisesi, bu Anayasanın yürürlüğe girdiği tarihten hemen önce yürürlükte olan Kıbrıs Kolonisi kanunlarına uygun olarak sahip olduğu dini konular ile ilgili herhangi bir hakkına, bu Anayasanın yürürlüğe girdiği tarihte ve ondan sonra da sahip olmaya devam eder.
