Everyone shall be guaranteed protection of his or her rights and freedoms by a competent, independent and impartial court in the manner and within the time limits prescribed by law. Decisions and actions (inaction) of state bodies and officials that infringe rights and freedoms may be appealed in court.
In order to protect their rights, freedoms, honour and dignity, citizens are entitled by law to recover in court both pecuniary damage and material compensation for moral damage. (Art. 60) - Belarusian

- EnglishI. The Popular Action shall be filed during the period in which the violation or threat to the rights and collective interests continues. To file this action it is not necessary to exhaust the judicial or administrative processes that might exist.
II. Any person, in his or her individual name or on behalf of a collective, may file this action, and it shall be filed obligatorily by the Public Ministry and the Public Defender (Ministerio Público y el Defensor del Pueblo) when, in the exercise of their functions, they have knowledge of these acts. The procedure for the Action for Constitutional Protection shall be applied. (Art. 136) - SpanishI. - English(1) Anyone whose rights or freedoms, as guaranteed by this Charter, have been infringed or denied may apply to a court of competent jurisdiction to obtain such remedy as the court considers appropriate and just in the circumstances.
(2) Where, in proceedings under subsection (1), a court concludes that evidence was obtained in a manner that infringed or denied any rights or freedoms guaranteed by this Charter5, the evidence shall be excluded if it is established that, having regard to all the circumstances, the admission of it in the proceedings would bring the administration of justice into disrepute.
