Everyone shall be guaranteed protection of his or her rights and freedoms by a competent, independent and impartial court in the manner and within the time limits prescribed by law. Decisions and actions (inaction) of state bodies and officials that infringe rights and freedoms may be appealed in court.
In order to protect their rights, freedoms, honour and dignity, citizens are entitled by law to recover in court both pecuniary damage and material compensation for moral damage. (Art. 60) - Belarusian

Каждому гарантируется защита его прав и свобод компетентным, независимым и беспристрастным судом в порядке и сроки, определенные законом. Решения и действия (бездействие) государственных органов и должностных лиц, ущемляющие права и свободы, могут быть обжалованы в суд.

The human rights and freedoms enshrined in this Chapter6 shall be respected and upheld by the executive, legislature, judiciary and all organs of the Government and its agencies and, where applicable to them, by all natural and legal persons in Malawi and shall be enforceable in the manner prescribed in this Chapter.
2. Any person or group of persons, natural or legal, with sufficient interest in the promotion, protection and enforcement of rights under this Chapter shall be entitled to the assistance of the courts, the Ombudsman, the Human Rights Commission and other organs of the Government to ensure the promotion, protection and enforcement of those rights and the redress of any grievances in respect of those rights. (2) The High Court shall have original jurisdiction to hear and adjudicate upon all civil disputes and criminal prosecutions, including cases which involve the interpretation, implementation and upholding of this Constitution and the fundamental rights and freedoms guaranteed thereunder. The High Court shall also have jurisdiction to hear and adjudicate upon appeals from Lower Courts.
(3) The jurisdiction of the High Court with regard to appeals shall be determined by Act of Parliament. (Art. 80)

- EnglishI. The Popular Action shall be filed during the period in which the violation or threat to the rights and collective interests continues. To file this action it is not necessary to exhaust the judicial or administrative processes that might exist.
II. Any person, in his or her individual name or on behalf of a collective, may file this action, and it shall be filed obligatorily by the Public Ministry and the Public Defender (Ministerio Público y el Defensor del Pueblo) when, in the exercise of their functions, they have knowledge of these acts. The procedure for the Action for Constitutional Protection shall be applied. (Art. 136) - SpanishI. La Acción Popular podrá interponerse durante el tiempo que subsista la vulneración o la amenaza a los derechos e intereses colectivos. Para interponer esta acción no será necesario agotar la vía judicial o administrativa que pueda existir.
II. Podrá interponer esta acción cualquier persona, a título individual o en representación de una colectividad y, con carácter obligatorio, el Ministerio Público y el Defensor del Pueblo, cuando por el ejercicio de sus funciones tengan conocimiento de estos actos. - EnglishAnyone listed in this section has the right to approach a competent court, alleging that a right in the Bill of Rights has been infringed or threatened, and the court may grant appropriate relief, including a declaration of rights. The persons who may approach a court are—
(a) anyone acting in their own interest;

(c) anyone acting as a member of, or in the interest of, a group or class of persons;
