- EnglishAll citizens shall have the right to form political parties by notification as regulated by Law. No political activity may be practiced and no political parties may be formed on the basis of religion or discrimination based on sex, or origin, or on sectarian basis or geographic location. No activity that is hostile to democratic principles, secretive, or of military or quasi-military nature may be practiced.
Political parties may not be dissolved except by virtue of a court judgment. (Art. 74) - Arabicللمواطنين حقّ تكوين الأحزاب السّياسية، بإخطار ينظّمه القانون. ولا يجوز مباشرة أى نشاط سياسى، أو قيام أحزاب سياسية على أساس دينى، أو بناء على التّفرقة بسبب الجنس أو الأصل أو على أساس طائفى أو جغرافى، أو ممارسة نشاط معاد لمبادئ الدّيمقراطية، أو سرّى، أو ذى طابع عسكرى أو شبه عسكرى.

- EnglishThe political parties and groups concur in [concourent] the formation and to the expression of the political will. They are formed and they exercise their activities freely under the condition of respecting the democratic principles and of not infringing, by their object or by their action[,] the national sovereignty, the territorial integrity, and the unity of the Nation and of the Republic.
The law establishes the conditions of creation, of functioning, and of dissolution of the political parties. (Art. 11) - Arabicتساهم الأحزاب و التّجمعات السّياسية في تكوين الإرادة السّياسية و التّعبير عنها. تتكوّن الأحزاب و التّجمعات السّياسية و تمارس نشاطها بحرّية بشرط احترام المبادئ الديمقراطية، و شرط أن لا تمسّ من خلال عرضها و نشاطها بالسّيادة الوطنية والسلامة الإقليمية ووحدة الأمة و الجمهورية.
يحدّد القانون شروط انشاء و سير و حلّ الأحزاب السياسية. (المادّة 11) - FrenchLes partis et groupements politiques concourent à la formation et l'expression de la volonté politique. Ils se forment et exercent leurs activités librement sous la condition de respecter les principes démocratiques et de ne pas porter atteinte par leur objet ou par leur action à la souveraineté nationale, à l'intégrité territoriale à l'unité de la Nation et de la République.
La loi fixe les conditions de création, de fonctionnement et de dissolution des partis politiques. (Art. 11)

The political parties and coalitions of political parties participate [concourrent] in the expression of suffrage within the conditions established by the Constitution and by the law. They work for the forming [formation] of the citizens, for the promotion of their participation in national life and the management of public affairs.

The political parties and coalitions of political parties, likewise the independent candidates, are held to respect the Constitution as well as the principles of national sovereignty and of democracy. Les partis politiques et coalitions de partis politiques concourent à l’expression du suffrage dans les conditions fixées par la Constitution et par la loi. Ils œuvrent à la formation des citoyens, à la promotion de leur participation à la vie nationale et à la gestion des affaires publiques.

Les partis politiques et coalitions de partis politiques, de même que les candidats indépendants, sont tenus de respecter la Constitution ainsi que les principes de la souveraineté nationale et de la démocratie. Il leur est interdit de s’identifier à une race, à une ethnie, à un sexe, à une religion, à une secte, à une langue ou à une partie du territoire.
Les partis politiques sont egalement tenus de respecter strictement les regles de bonne gouvernance associative sous peine de sanctions susceptibles de conduire d la suspension et d la dissolution.

- EnglishIn these elections, political organizations and alliances participating in the election of Assembly persons shall be entitled to submit candidacies.
Other political organizations are also entitled to submit candidacies, for which purpose they must show support based on a list of signatures accounting for one percent (1%) of the citizens on the corresponding voter registration list. To this end, the National Electoral Council shall provide the necessary forms.
The mum-persons candidacies shall be submitted in complete slates with principal candidates and their respective alternates. The slates shall be established in an egalitarian fashion with a sequence of woman, man or man, woman until the total number of candidates has been completed. The internal structure of political parties shall comply with fundamental constitutional democratic principles.
Political parties shall publicly disclose the sources of their finances and assets.
Political parties which, in their platforms or by violent action, intend to undermine the free democratic order or threaten the existence of the Republic of Croatia shall be deemed unconstitutional. The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Croatia shall decide on such unconstitutionality.

Stranke moraju javno polagati račun o porijeklu svojih sredstava i imovine.
