- English1. In the Republic of Guinea-Bissau the establishment of political parties is allowed if in conformity with the Constitution and the law.
2. Political parties are equally responsible for [assuring] the organization and the expression of popular will and of political plurality.
3. Parties must respect the national independence and unity, the integrity of national territory and the pluralist democracy, and must follow the democratic rules in both their organization and functioning.
4. The formation of parties of regional or local nature, parties that sponsor racism or tribalism, and of parties that advocate the use of violent means to achieve its ends is forbidden.
5. The party’s name may not identify itself with any part of the national territory, nor display the name of a person, church, religion, confession or religious doctrine.
6. The highest leadership of parties must be composed of citizens of Guinean origin. (Art. 4) - Portuguese1 - Na República da Guiné-Bissau é livre a constituição de partidos políticos nos termos da Constituição e da lei.

- English1. Citizens of Georgia shall have the right to form a political party and participate in its activities in accordance with the organic law.
2. Political party membership of persons enlisted in the Defence Forces or bodies responsible for state and public security, and those appointed as judges, shall cease.
3. The establishment and activity of a political party that aims to overthrow or forcibly change the constitutional order of Georgia, infringe on the independence or violate the territorial integrity of the country, or that propagates war or violence or incites national, ethnic, provincial, religious or social strife, shall be inadmissible. The establishment of a political party on a territorial principle shall be inadmissible.
4. The prohibition of a political party shall be admissible only by decision of the constitutional court, in cases defined by the organic law and in accordance with the established procedure. In no case is it permitted to citizens to belong simultaneously to more than one party or political movements with juridical personality.
The Political Parties and Movements shall be democratically organized and shall hold with high principles of transparency, objectivity, morality, gender equity, and the duty to present and disseminate their political programs.
To make their decisions or the selection of their own candidates or [candidates] by coalition, [they] may hold popular or internal or interparty consultations which [do] or do not coincide with the elections to Public Corporations, in accordance with that provided in their Statutes and in the law.
In the case of the public consultations, the norms concerning campaign financing and publicity and access to the media of communication of the State, that govern for the ordinary elections, will be applied. Anyone who participates in consultations of a political party or movement or in interparty consultations may not enroll for another in the same electoral process. The result of the consultations will be obligatory.
The directors of the Political Parties and Movements should encourage internal processes of democratization and the strengthening of the regime of [party] blocs [bancadas].
The Political Parties and Movements are responsible for any violation or contravention of the norms that serve their organization, operation or financing, as well as when endorsing candidates elected to offices or Public Corporations of popular election, who have been or are convicted during the exercise of the office to which [they were] endorsed, by way of executory sentence in Colombia or abroad for crimes related to communication with illegal armed groups and drugtrafficking activities or of crimes against the mechanisms of democratic participation or [crimes] against humanity.

Los partidos o movimientos políticos también responderán por avalar a candidatos no elegidos para cargos o Corporaciones Públicas de Elección Popular, si estos hubieran sido o fueren condenados durante el período del cargo público al cual se candidatizó, mediante sentencia ejecutoriada en Colombia o en el exterior por delitos relacionados con la vinculación a grupos armados ilegales y actividades del narcotráfico, cometidos con anterioridad a la expedición del aval correspondiente.

2. Political parties are entitled to receive financial support by the State for their electoral and operating expenses, as specified by law. A statute shall specify the guarantees of transparency concerning electoral expenses and, in general, the financial management of political parties, of Members of Parliament, parliamentary candidates and candidates for all degrees of local government. A statute shall impose the maximum limit of electoral expenses, may prohibit certain forms of pre-electoral promotion and shall specify the conditions under which violation of the relevant provisions constitutes a ground for the forfeiture of parliamentary office on the initiative of the special body of the following section. The audit of the electoral expenses of political parties and parliamentary candidates is carried out by a special body which is constituted also with the participation of senior magistrates, as specified by law. A law may also extend these regulations to candidates for other offices held through election.
... (Art. 29) - Greek1. Έλληνες πολίτες που έχουν το εκλογικό δικαίωμα μπορούν ελεύθερα να ιδρύουν και να συμμετέχουν σε πολιτικά κόμματα, που η οργάνωση και η δράση τους οφείλει να εξυπηρετεί την ελεύθερη λειτουργία του δημοκρατικού πολιτεύματος.
Πολίτες που δεν απέκτησαν ακόμη το δικαίωμα να εκλέγουν μπορούν να συμμετέχουν στα τμήματα νέων των κομμάτων.
2. Τα κόμματα έχουν δικαίωμα στην οικονομική τους ενίσχυση από το Κράτος για τις εκλογικές και λειτουργικές τους δαπάνες, όπως νόμος ορίζει. Νόμος ορίζει τις εγγυήσεις διαφάνειας ως προς τις εκλογικές δαπάνες και γενικά την οικονομική διαχείριση των κομμάτων, των βουλευτών, των υποψήφιων βουλευτών και των υποψηφίων στην τοπική αυτοδιοίκηση όλων των βαθμών. Με νόμο επιβάλλεται ανώτατο όριο εκλογικών δαπανών, μπορεί να απαγορεύονται ορισμένες μορφές προεκλογικής προβολής και καθορίζονται οι προϋποθέσεις υπό τις οποίες η παράβαση των σχετικών διατάξεων συνιστά λόγο έκπτωσης από το βουλευτικό αξίωμα με πρωτοβουλία του ειδικού οργάνου του επόμενου εδαφίου. O έλεγχος των εκλογικών δαπανών των κομμάτων και των υποψήφιων βουλευτών διενεργείται από ειδικό όργανο που συγκροτείται και με τη συμμετοχή ανώτατων δικαστικών λειτουργών, όπως νόμος ορίζει. Με νόμο μπορούν να επεκταθούν οι ρυθμίσεις αυτές και στους υποψηφίους για άλλες αιρετές θέσεις.
