Political Parties
- English1. The political system of the state shall be based on the principle of political pluralism, and exercising power democratically through the ballot box;
2. Licensed political parties and constituencies shall contribute to the national political life, and shall respect the principles of national sovereignty and democracy;
3. The law shall regulate the provisions and procedures related to the formation of political parties;
4. Carrying out any political activity or forming any political parties or groupings on the basis of religious, sectarian, tribal, regional, class-based, professional, or on discrimination based on gender, origin, race or color may not be undertaken;
5. Public office or public money may not be exploited for a political, electoral or party interest. (Art. 8) - Arabic1. يقوم النظام السياسي للدّولة على مبدأ التعددية السياسية، وتتم ممارسة السلطة ديمقراطياً عبر الاقتراع.

- EnglishThe State will concur in the political and electoral financing of the Political Parties and Movements with juridical personality in accordance with the law.
The electoral campaigns that advance the candidates endorsed by parties and movements with Juridical Personality or significant groups of citizens, will be financed partially with the state resources.
The law will determine the percentage of voting necessary to have right to this financing.
It also may limit the amount of the expenses that the parties, movements, significant groups of citizens or candidates may realize in electoral campaigns, as well as the maximum amount of the private contributions, in accordance with the law.
A percentage of the financing will be given to parties and movements with Juridical Personality in force, and to the significant groups of citizens who endorse candidates, before the election, or the consultations[,] in accordance with the conditions and guarantees that the law determines and with authorization of the National Electoral Council.

Las campañas electorales que adelanten los candidatos avalados por partidos y movimientos con Personería Jurídica o por grupos significativos de ciudadanos, serán financiadas parcialmente con recursos estatales.
La ley determinará el porcentaje de votación necesario para tener derecho a dicha financiación.

2. The Communist Party of Vietnam is closely associated with the People, shall serve the People, shall submit to the supervision of the People, and is accountable to the People for its decisions.

- English1. The Republic of Poland shall ensure freedom for the creation and functioning of political parties. Political parties shall be founded on the principle of voluntariness and upon the equality of Polish citizens, and their purpose shall be to influence the formulation of the policy of the State by democratic means.
2. The financing of political parties shall be open to public inspection. (Art. 11) - Polish1. Rzeczpospolita Polska zapewnia wolność tworzenia i działania partii politycznych. Partie polityczne zrzeszają na zasadach dobrowolności i równości obywateli polskich w celu wpływania metodami demokratycznymi na kształtowanie polityki państwa.

- English1. Every citizen shall have the right to create a party with other citizens and the right to become a member of a party. No one shall be compelled to become a member of a party.
2. Judges, prosecutors, and investigators may not be members of a party. The law may prescribe restrictions on the right to create and become a member of a party by servicemen of the armed forces, the national security, the police, and other militarized bodies.
3. Parties shall publish annual reports on the sources of their financial means and expenditures, as well as on their property.
4. In cases stipulated by law, the activities of a party may be suspended by a decision of the Constitutional Court. Parties that advocate the violent overthrow of the constitutional order or use violence for overthrowing the constitutional order shall be unconstitutional and are subject to prohibition by decision of the Constitutional Court.
