- English(1) All persons, institutions and political parties are prohibited from taking any action or advancing, disseminating or communicating any idea which may result in racial or ethnic division among the people.
(2) For the purposes of paragraph (1), Parliament shall by law make provision for offences and penalties, including penalties preventing or disbarring any person or political party from contesting any election for membership or being a member, as the case may be, of the local democratic organs or of the National Assembly. - English1. Greek citizens possessing the right to vote may freely found and join political parties, the organization and activity of which must serve the free functioning of democratic government.
Citizens who have not yet acquired the right to vote may participate in youth sections of parties.
2. Political parties are entitled to receive financial support by the State for their electoral and operating expenses, as specified by law. A statute shall specify the guarantees of transparency concerning electoral expenses and, in general, the financial management of political parties, of Members of Parliament, parliamentary candidates and candidates for all degrees of local government. A statute shall impose the maximum limit of electoral expenses, may prohibit certain forms of pre-electoral promotion and shall specify the conditions under which violation of the relevant provisions constitutes a ground for the forfeiture of parliamentary office on the initiative of the special body of the following section. The audit of the electoral expenses of political parties and parliamentary candidates is carried out by a special body which is constituted also with the participation of senior magistrates, as specified by law. A law may also extend these regulations to candidates for other offices held through election.

- EnglishNo association, by whatever name called, shall function as a political party, nor shall any citizen be an independent candidate for election to public office, unless:
a. the association or independent candidate and his organization meet the minimum registration requirements laid down by the Elections Commission and are registered with it. …
b. the membership of the association or the independent candidate’s organization is open to every citizen of Liberia, irrespective of sex, religion or ethnic background, except as otherwise provided in this Constitution.

1. Political parties, trade unions and other public associations may be established in the Kyrgyz Republic to implement and protect human and civil rights, freedoms and interests.
2. Political parties contribute to the diverse expression of the political will of different social strata and groups in society.
3. It is prohibited in the Kyrgyz Republic:
(1) Formation and functioning of party organisations in state and municipal institutions and organisations; performance of party work by state and municipal employees, except when such work is performed outside of official activities;
(2) Membership of military personnel, law enforcement officials and judges in political parties and their advocacy for a political party;
(3) The establishment of political parties on a religious and ethnic basis, and the pursuit of political goals by religious associations;
(4) The establishment of paramilitary units by citizens' associations;
(5) The functioning of political parties, public and religious associations, their representations and branches whose activities are aimed at a violent change of the constitutional order, undermining national security, and inciting social, racial, inter-ethnic and religious discord.
4. Political parties, trade unions and other public associations shall ensure transparency of their financial and economic activities. (Art. 8) - Russian
1. В Кыргызской Республике могут создаваться политические партии, профессиональные союзы и другие общественные объединения для реализации и защиты прав, свобод и интересов человека и гражданина.
2. Политические партии содействуют многообразному выражению политического волеизъявления различных социальных слоев и групп общества.
3. В Кыргызской Республике запрещается:
1) формирование и функционирование партийных организаций в государственных и муниципальных учреждениях, организациях; осуществление государственными и муниципальными служащими партийной работы, за исключением случаев, когда такая работа осуществляется вне служебной деятельности;
2) членство военнослужащих, сотрудников правоохранительных органов и судей в политических партиях, их выступление в поддержку какой-либо политической партии;
3) создание политических партий на религиозной и этнической основе, преследование религиозными объединениями политических целей;
4) создание объединениями граждан военизированных формирований;
5) функционирование политических партий, общественных и религиозных объединений, их представительств и филиалов, деятельность которых направлена на насильственное изменение конституционного строя, подрыв национальной безопасности, разжигание социальной, расовой, межнациональной и религиозной розни.
