- EnglishThe chairman and members of the Sovereignty Council meet the following conditions:
(1) He is of Sudanese nationality by birth, and not hold the nationality of any other country;
(2) He is not be less than 35 years of age;
(3) He possesses integrity and competence;

- English1. The President of Eritrea is the Head of the State and the Government of Eritrea and the Commander-in-Chief of the Eritrean Defense Forces.
2. The executive authority is vested in the President, which he shall exercise, in consultation with the Cabinet, pursuant to the provisions of this Constitution.
3. The President shall ensure respect of the Constitution; the integrity and dignity of the State; the efficient management of the public service; and the interests and safety of all citizens, including the enjoyment of their fundamental rights and freedoms recognized under this Constitution. - English1. The President of the Republic is elected by a free, direct, secret and periodic universal suffrage of the electing citizens.
2. Voting citizens of Guinean origin and children of parents of Guinean origins, over 35 years and in full possession of their civil and political rights are eligible for the office of President of the Republic. (Art. 63) - Portuguese1 - O Presidente da República é eleito por sufrágio livre e universal, igual, directo, secreto e periódico dos cidadãos eleitores recenseados.

- EnglishAny citizen is eligible for the position of President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, as long as he or she meets the eligibility requirements of:
(a) Being a Somali citizen and a Muslim;
(b) Being not less than forty years of age;
(c) Having relevant knowledge or experience for the role;
