The members of the Assembly of the Representatives of the People are elected by universal, free, direct and secret suffrage, for a mandate of five years in the course of the last three months of the legislature, in accordance with the electoral law. (Art. 60)

Les membres de l'Assemblée des représentants du peuple sont élus au suffrage universel, libre, direct et secret pour un mandat de cinq ans au cours des trois derniers mois de la législature, conformément à la loi électorale. (Art. 60)

2. to be 30 years of age at least;
3. to enjoy full civil and political rights;
