4. No haber sido condenado por delito doloso con pena privativa de la libertad de cinco años o más, mediante sentencia ejecutoriada, proferida por un tribunal de justicia.
5. Ser residente del circuito electoral correspondiente, por lo menos un año inmediatamente anterior a la postulación. (Art. 153)
