(6) Schulen sind Einrichtungen, in denen Schüler gemeinsam nach einem umfassenden, festen Lehrplan unterrichtet werden und im Zusammenhang mit der Vermittlung von allgemeinen oder allgemeinen und beruflichen Kenntnissen und Fertigkeiten ein umfassendes erzieherisches Ziel angestrebt wird. ...
