- EnglishI. The rural native indigenous jurisdiction is based on the specific connection between the persons who are members of the respective nation or rural native indigenous people.
II. The rural native indigenous jurisdiction is exercised in the following areas of personal, material and territorial legal effect:
1. Members of the nation or rural native indigenous people are subject to this jurisdiction whether they act as plaintiffs or defendants, claimants or accusers, whether they are persons who are denounced or accused, or are appellants or respondents.
2. This jurisdiction hears rural native indigenous matters pursuant to that established in a law of Jurisdictional Demarcation.
3. This jurisdiction applies to the relations and juridical acts that are carried out, or the effects of which are produced, within the jurisdiction of a rural native indigenous people. La jurisdicción indígena originario campesina se fundamenta en un vínculo particular de las personas que son miembros de la respectiva nación o pueblo indígena originario campesino.
II. La jurisdicción indígena originario campesina se ejerce en los siguientes ámbitos de vigencia personal, material y territorial:
1. Están sujetos a esta jurisdicción los miembros de la nación o pueblo indígena originario campesino, sea que actúen como actores o demandado, denunciantes o querellantes, denunciados o imputados, recurrentes o recurridos.
2. Esta jurisdicción conoce los asuntos indígena originario campesinos de conformidad a lo establecido en una Ley de Deslinde Jurisdiccional.
3. Esta jurisdicción se aplica a las relaciones y hechos jurídicos que se realizan o cuyos efectos se producen dentro de la jurisdicción de un pueblo indígena originario campesino. (Art. 191)

- EnglishI. The State shall promote the relations of social, political, cultural and economic integration with other states, nations and peoples of the world and, in particular, Latin American integration, based on the principles of a just, equitable relationship with recognition of asymmetry.
II. The state shall strengthen the integration of its nations and rural native indigenous peoples with the indigenous peoples of the world. (Art. 265) - SpanishI. El Estado promoverá, sobre los principios de una relación justa, equitativa y con reconocimiento de las asimetrías, las relaciones de integración social, política, cultural y económica con los demás estados, naciones y pueblos del mundo y, en particular, promoverá la integración latinoamericana.

- EnglishI. The formation of rural native indigenous autonomy is based on ancestral territories, currently inhabited by those peoples and nations, and pursuant to the will of their population as expressed through consultation, in accordance with the Constitution and the law.
II. The self-governance of the rural native indigenous autonomies is exercised according to their norms, institutions, authorities and procedures, in accordance with their authority and competences, and in harmony with the Constitution and the law. - EnglishThe exploitation of natural resources in a determined territory shall be subject to a process of consultation with the affected population, called by the State, which shall be free, prior in time and informed. Citizen participation is guaranteed in the process of the management of the environment, and the conservation of ecosystems shall be promoted, in accordance with the Constitution and the law. In the nations and rural native indigenous peoples, the consultation will be carried out with respect given to their own norms and procedures. (Art. 352)
- SpanishLa explotación de recursos naturales en determinado territorio estará sujeta a un proceso de consulta a la población afectada, convocada por el Estado, que será libre, previa e informada. Se garantiza la participación ciudadana en el proceso de gestión ambiental y se promoverá la conservación de los ecosistemas, de acuerdo con la Constitución y la ley. En las naciones y pueblos indígena originario campesinos, la consulta tendrá lugar respetando sus normas y procedimientos propios. (Art. 352)
