Saint Vincent and the Grenadines
- EnglishThere shall be such provisions as may be made by Parliament for-
a. the acquisition of citizenship by persons who are not eligible or who are no longer eligible to become citizens under the provisions of this Chapter2:
b. depriving of his citizenship any person who is a citizen otherwise than by virtue of section 90, 91 or 92 of this Constitution;
c. the renunciation by any person of his citizenship. (Sec. 94)

Grenada
- English(1) Every person who, having been born in Grenada is on 6th February 1974 a citizen of the United Kingdom and Colonies shall become a citizen of Grenada on 7th February 1974.
(2) Every person who, on 6th February 1974 is a citizen of the United Kingdom and Colonies-
(a) having become such a citizen under the British Nationality Act 1948 (a) by virtue of his having been naturalised in Grenada as a British subject before that Act came into force; or
(b) having become such a citizen by virtue of his having been naturalised or registered in Grenada under that Act,
shall become a citizen of Grenada on 7th February 1974.
(3) Every person who, having been born outside Grenada, is on 6th February 1974 a citizen of the United Kingdom and Colonies shall, if his father or mother becomes, or would but for his death have become, a citizen of Grenada by virtue of subsection (1) or subsection (2) of this section, become a citizen of Grenada on 7th February 1974. El Salvador
- English[The following] are Salvadorans by birth:
1) Those born in the territory of El Salvador;
2) The children of a Salvadoran father or mother, born abroad;
3) The natives [originarios] of the other States that constituted the Federal Republic of Central America, who having [a] domicile in El Salvador, manifest before the competent authorities their will to be Salvadoran, without requiring of them the renunciation of their nationality of origin. 2º- Los hijos de padre o madre salvadoreños, nacidos en el extranjero;

Barbados
- English(1) A person born outside Barbados after 29th November 1966 shall become a citizen of Barbados at the date of his birth if at that date his father is a citizen of Barbados otherwise than by virtue of this section or section 2(2).
(2) Subject to subsection (1) and without derogating from, or in any way affecting, that subsection, a person born outside Barbados after 29th November 1966 shall become a citizen of Barbados at the date of his birth if at the date of the birth at least one of his parents is a citizen of Barbados who was born in Barbados. - EnglishA person born outside Dominica after the commencement of this Constitution shall become a citizen of Dominica at the date of his birth if, at that date, his father or mother is a citizen of Dominica by virtue of the provisions of subsection (1) or (2) of section 97 or section 98 of this Constitution. (Sec. 99)

Saint Lucia
- EnglishEvery person born in Saint Lucia after the commencement of this, Constitution shall become a citizen at the date of his or her birth:
Provided that a person shall not become a citizen by virtue of this section if at the time of his or her birth—
(a) neither of his or her parents is a citizen of Saint Lucia and his or her father possesses such immunity from suit and legal process as is accorded to the envoy of a foreign sovereign power accredited to Saint Lucia; or
(b) his or her father is a citizen of a country with which Saint Lucia is at war and the birth occurs in a place then under occupation by that country. (Sec. 100)

- EnglishHonduran nationality by naturalization is lost:
1) By naturalization in [a] foreign country; and,

- EnglishThe following are of natural Paraguayan nationality:
1. the persons born in the territory of the Republic;
2. the children of a Paraguayan father or mother who, being one or both at the service of the Republic, are born abroad;
3. the children of a Paraguayan father or mother born abroad, when they reside permanently in the Republic, and
4. the children of unknown [ignorados] parents, found in the territory of the Republic.

Belize
- EnglishEvery person born in Belize on or after Independence Day shall become a citizen of Belize at the date of his birth:
Provided that a person shall not become a citizen of Belize by virtue of this section if at the time of his birth-
(a) neither of his parents is a citizen of Belize and his father or mother possesses such immunity from suit and legal process as is accorded to the envoy of a foreign sovereign power accredited to Belize; or
(b) his father or mother is a citizen of a country with which Belize is at war and the birth occurs in a place then under occupation by that country. (Sec. 24)

Cuba
- EnglishA person is a Cuban citizen through birth if:
a. They are born within the national territory, with the exception of the children of foreigners that are in the service of their government or an international organization. The law establishes the requirements and the formalities for cases involving the children of foreigners who are not permanent residents within the country;
b. They are born abroad to a Cuban mother or father, who were completing an official mission, according to the requirements and formalities established by the law;
c. They are born abroad to a Cuban mother or father, having previously complied with the requirements and formalities indicated by the law, or
d. They are born outside the national territory to a mother or father native to the Republic of Cuba that has lost Cuban citizenship, as long as they reclaim it in the form indicated by the law. (Art. 34) - SpanishSon ciudadanos cubanos por nacimiento:
a) los nacidos en el territorio nacional, con excepción de los hijos de extranjeros que se encuentren al servicio de su gobierno o de organismos internacionales. La ley establece los requisitos y las formalidades para el caso de los hijos de los extranjeros no residentes permanentes en el país;
b) los nacidos en el extranjero de padre o madre cubanos que se hallen cumpliendo misión oficial, de acuerdo con los requisitos y las formalidades que establece la ley;
c) los nacidos en el extranjero de padre o madre cubanos, previo cumplimiento de los requisitos y las formalidades que la ley señala; y
d) los nacidos fuera del territorio nacional de padre o madre cubanos por nacimiento que hayan perdido la ciudadanía cubana, siempre que la reclamen en la forma que señala la ley. (Art. 34)
