(8) The provisions of the laws declared non-conforming to the Constitution by an order [arret] of the Constitutional Court cease to have a juridical effect the day after the publication of this order in the forms specified by the law, unless the Constitutional Court ordered another time [délai]. When the Constitutional Court judges that a treaty, accord or convention is unconstitutional, its ratification may not take place.
When the Constitutional Court judges that a law is unconstitutional, this may not be promulgated.
When a provision of an ordinance or of a regulation is judged unconstitutional, this loses all effect, counting from the day of the decision of the Court.
When the Constitutional Court judges that a legislative or regulatory provision is unconstitutional on the basis of Article 195 above, it loses all effect, counting from the day established by the decision of the Court.
