(ށ) މުޖްތަމައުގެ އާންމު ޙާލަތަށްވުރެ ނިކަމެތިކަމެއް ލިބިފައިވާ މީހަކަށް، ނުވަތަ ބަޔަކަށް، ނުވަތަ އިޖްތިމާއީ ގޮތުން ހާއްސަ ރައްކާރެތިކަމެއް ލިބިދޭންޖެހޭ ބަޔަކަށް އެހިތެރިވެދިނުމަށްޓަކައި، ނުވަތަ ރައްކާތެރިކަން ލިބިދިނުމަށްޓަކައި ކުރާކަންތައްތަކަކީ މި މާއްދާގެ (ހ) ގައި ބަޔާންކޮށްފައިވާ ފަދަ ތަފާތުކުރުމެއް ކަމުގައި ނުވާނެއެވެ.
