- EnglishNo provision of the Constitution shall be deemed to annul laws enacted, acts done or measures taken by the Republic which become necessary by reason of its obligations as a member state of the European Union, nor does it prevent Regulations, Directives or other acts or binding measures of a legislative character, adopted by the European Union or the European Communities or by their institutions or competent bodies thereof on the basis of the Treaties establishing the European Communities or the Treaty of the European Union, from having legal effect in the Republic. - TurkishAnayasanın hiçbir hükmü, Avrupa Birliğine üye bir devlet olarak taşıdığı yükümlülükleri gerekli kıldığı için Cumhuriyet tarafından konulan kanunları, gerçekleştirilen eylemleri veya alınan tedbirleri feshettiği şeklinde yorumlanamaz ya da Avrupa Topluluklarının kuruluşunu sağlayan Anlaşmalar veya Avrupa Birliği Anlaşması çerçevesinde Avrupa Birliği veya Avrupa Toplulukları ya da bunların kurum ve yetkili kuruluşları tarafından benimsenen Tüzük, Yönerge veya diğer eylem ya da bağlayıcı tedbirlerin Cumhuriyet dâhilinde hukuki sonuçlara sahip olmasını önlemez.
