- EnglishThe State is committed to respecting the Constitution, human rights and public freedoms. It ensures awareness and dissemination of them among the population.
The State takes the necessary measures to integrate the Constitution, human rights and public freedoms into school and university education programs as well as into the training of defense and security forces, and of officials of the Administration. - English1. The Constitution is the supreme law of the land. Any law, customary practice or a decision of an organ of state or a public official which contravenes this Constitution shall be of no effect.
