The State takes the necessary measures to integrate the Constitution, human rights and public freedoms into school and university education programs as well as into the training of defense and security forces, and of officials of the Administration. (b) requiring this Constitution to be taught in schools and as part of the curricula for the training of members of the security services, the Public Service and members and employees of public institutions; and
