3° international treaties and agreements ratified by Rwanda;
4° ordinary law;
5° orders.
A law cannot contradict another law that is higher in hierarchy.

1. International agreements ratified by the Republic of Albania before the entry into force of this Constitution are considered as ratified according to this Constitution.

- EnglishIf it has been laid down in law that an international agreement shall have validity as Swedish law, the Riksdag may prescribe that any future amendment which is binding upon the Realm shall also have validity as Swedish law. Such a decision relates only to a future amendment of limited extent. The decision is taken in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 6, paragraph two.

Status of International Law
- Englisha. The application of this Constitution does not breach the treaties and agreements which Bahrain has concluded with states and international organizations.
b. Exceptionally to the provisions of the second clause of Article 38 of this Constitution, all laws, laws by Decrees, Decrees, statutes, orders, edicts and circulars that have been issued and are in force prior to the first meeting convened by the National Assembly remain proper and valid, unless amended or rescinded in accordance with the regulations prescribed in this Constitution. - EnglishWhen the Constitutional Court, referred to [the matter] by the President of the Republic, by the Prime Minister or by the President of the National Assembly, has declared that an international commitment contains a clause contrary to the Constitution, the authorization to ratify it or to approve it may only intervene after the revision of the Constitution. (Art. 139)
- FrenchLorsque la Cour constitutionnelle, saisie par le président de la République, par le Premier Ministre ou par le Président de l’Assemblée nationale, a déclaré qu’un engagement international comporte une clause contraire à la Constitution, l’autorisation de la ratifier ou de l’approuver ne peut intervenir qu’après la révision de la Constitution. Status of International Law
- EnglishThe Republic of Estonia may not enter into international treaties which are in conflict with the Constitution.
When laws or other legislation of Estonia are in conflict with an international treaty ratified by the Riigikogu, provisions of the international treaty apply. (Sec. 123) - EstonianEesti Vabariik ei sõlmi välislepinguid, mis on vastuolus põhiseadusega.
Kui Eesti seadused või muud aktid on vastuolus Riigikogu poolt ratifitseeritud välislepingutega, kohaldatakse välislepingu sätteid. (§ 123)
