Saint Kitts and Nevis
- EnglishThe following persons born on or after 19th September 1983 shall become citizens at the date of their birth:
(a) every person born in Saint Christopher and Nevis: Provided that a person shall not become a citizen by virtue of this paragraph if at the time of his or her birth
(i) neither of his or her parents is a citizen and either of them possess such immunity from suit and legal process as is accorded to the envoy of a foreign sovereign power accredited to Saint Christopher and Nevis; or
(ii) either of his or her parents is a citizen of a country with which Her Majesty is at war and the birth occurs in a place then under occupation by that country;
(b) every person born outside Saint Christopher and Nevis if at the date of his or her birth either of his or her parents is, or but for death would have become, a citizen by virtue of paragraph (a) of section 90; and
(c) every person born outside Saint Christopher and Nevis if at the date of his or her birth either of his or her parents is, or but for death would have become, a citizen employed in service under the Government or under an authority of the Government that requires him or her to reside outside Saint Christopher and Nevis for the proper discharge of his or her functions. - English1. If the Governor-General is satisfied that any citizen of The Bahamas has at any time after 9th July 1973 acquired by registration, naturalization or other voluntary and formal act (other than marriage) the citizenship of any other country any rights available to him under the law of that country, being rights accorded exclusively to its citizens, the Governor-General may by order deprive that person of his citizenship.
2. If the Governor-General is satisfied that any citizen of The Bahamas has at any time after 9th July 1973 voluntarily claimed and exercised in any other country any rights available to him under the law of that country, being rights accorded exclusively to its citizens, the Governor-General may by order deprive that person of his citizenship. - English(1) Parliament may make provision for the acquisition of citizenship of Grenada by persons who are not eligible or who are no longer eligible to become citizens of Grenada under the provisions of this Chapter2.
(2) Parliament may make provision for depriving of his citizenship of Grenada any person who is a citizen of Grenada otherwise than by virtue of section 94, section 96 or section 97 of this Constitution.
(3) Parliament may make provision for the renunciation by any person of his citizenship of Grenada. (Sec. 99)

Panama
- EnglishPanamanian nationality by origin or acquired by birth can not be lost, but express or implied renunciation of it, suspends citizenship.
Panamanian nationality derived from or acquired by naturalization shall be lost for the same reasons. There is express renunciation when the person states in writing to the Executive Authority that he/she desires to abandon Panamanian citizenship; and implied renunciation when the person acquires the citizenship of a foreign state, or enters the service of an enemy State. Bolivia, Plurinational State of
- EnglishI. Foreigners may acquire Bolivian nationality by naturalization if they are legally in the country for more than three years of uninterrupted residence under the supervision of the State, and they expressly manifest their desire to obtain Bolivian nationality and comply with the requisites established by law.
II. The time of residence shall be reduced to two years in the case of foreigners who are in one of the following situations:
1. They have a Bolivian spouse, a Bolivian child or children, or Bolivian adoptive parents. Foreign citizens who acquire citizenship by marriage with Bolivian citizens do not lose it in the case of widowhood or divorce.

Podrán adquirir la nacionalidad boliviana por naturalización las extranjeras y los extranjeros en situación legal, con más de tres años de residencia ininterrumpida en el país bajo supervisión del Estado, que manifiesten expresamente su voluntad de obtener la nacionalidad boliviana y cumplan con los requisitos establecidos en la ley.
