ในกรณีมีเหตุใดๆ ที่ทําให้สมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎรแบบบัญชีรายชื่อมีจํานวนไม่ถึงหนึ่งร้อยห้าสิบคน ให้สมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎรแบบบัญชีรายชื่อประกอบด้วยสมาชิกเท่าที่มีอยู่ (มาตรา ๘๓)
