- EnglishThe Republic of Estonia may not enter into international treaties which are in conflict with the Constitution.
When laws or other legislation of Estonia are in conflict with an international treaty ratified by the Riigikogu, provisions of the international treaty apply. (Sec. 123) - EstonianEesti Vabariik ei sõlmi välislepinguid, mis on vastuolus põhiseadusega.

(2) With a view to participating in the European Union as a Member State and on the basis of an international treaty, Hungary may, to the extent necessary to exercise the rights and fulfil the obligations deriving from the Founding Treaties, exercise some of its competences arising from the Fundamental Law jointly with other Member States, through the institutions of the European Union. Exercise of competences under this paragraph shall comply with the fundamental rights and freedoms provided for in the Fundamental Law and shall not limit the inalienable right of Hungary to determine its territorial unity, population, form of government and state structure.
(3) The law of the European Union may, within the framework set out in paragraph (2), lay down generally binding rules of conduct.

(2) Magyarország az Európai Unióban tagállamként való részvétele érdekében nemzetközi szerződés alapján – az alapító szerződésekből fakadó jogok gyakorlásához és kötelezettségek teljesítéséhez szükséges mértékig – az Alaptörvényből eredő egyes hatásköreit a többi tagállammal közösen, az Európai Unió intézményei útján gyakorolhatja. 1. The current law in the Republic of Kazakhstan is the norms of the Constitution, laws corresponding to it, other regulatory legal acts, international treaty and other obligations of the Republic, as well as regulatory resolutions of the Constitutional Court and the Supreme Court of the Republic.

3. International agreements ratified by the Republic have primacy over its laws. The legislation of the Republic determines the procedure and conditions of operation of international agreements in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which Kazakhstan is a party.
4. All laws and international agreements, where the Republic is a party, shall be published. Official publication of regulatory and legal acts, dealing with the rights, freedoms, and responsibilities of citizens shall be the necessary condition for their application. (Art. 4) - Kazak
