A person may not be elected President of the Republic if, on the day of election, he/she has not been a resident of the Republic of North Macedonia for at least ten years within the last fifteen years. Tunisia
- EnglishEvery male and female voter who holds Tunisian nationality since birth, whose religion is Islam shall have the right to stand for election to the position of President of the Republic.
On the day of filing the application for candidacy, the candidate must be at least 35 years old.
If the candidate has a nationality other than the Tunisian nationality, he or she must submit an application committing to abandon the other nationality if elected president.
The candidate must have the support of a number of members of the Assembly of the Representatives of the People or heads of elected local authority councils, or of registered voters, as specified by the election law. (Art. 74) - Arabicالترشّح لمنصب رئيس الجمهورية حقّ لكل ناخبة أو ناخب تونسي الجنسية منذ الولادة، دينه الإسلام.
يشترط في المترشّح يوم تقديم ترشحه أن يكون بالغا من العمر خمسا وثلاثين (35) سنة على الأقل.
وإذا كان حاملا لجنسية غير الجنسية التونسية فإنه يقدّم ضمن ملف ترشحه تعهدا بالتخلّي عن الجنسية الأخرى عند التّصريح بانتخابه رئيسا للجمهورية.
تشترط تزكية المترشح من قبل عدد من أعضاء مجلس نواب الشعب أو رؤساء مجالس الجماعات المحلية المنتخبة أو الناخبين المرسمين حسبما يضبطه القانون الانتخابي. (الفصل 74) - FrenchLa candidature à la présidence de la République est un droit pour toute électrice ou tout électeur de nationalité tunisienne par la naissance et de confession musulmane.
Le candidat doit être âgé de 35 ans au moins au jour du dépôt de sa candidature. S’il est titulaire d’une nationalité autre que la nationalité tunisienne, il doit inclure dans son dossier de candidature, un engagement de renoncer à l’autre nationalité dès après la proclamation de son élection en tant que Président de la République.
Le candidat est présenté par un nombre de membres de l’Assemblée des représentants du peuple, de présidents de conseils de collectivités locales élues ou d’électeurs inscrits, et ce, conformément à la loi électorale. (Art. 74)
