- EnglishTo be President of the Republic, one must have reached the age of thirty-five, enjoy full civil and political rights, be a Cuban citizen by birth, and not possess any other citizenship.
One must also be under the age of sixty in order to be elected to a first term in office. (Art. 127) - SpanishPara ser Presidente de la República se requiere haber cumplido treinta y cinco años de edad, hallarse en pleno goce de los derechos civiles y políticos, ser ciudadano cubano por nacimiento y no tener otra ciudadanía.

- English(1) There shall be a Governor-General of Solomon Islands who shall be appointed by the Head of State in accordance with an address from Parliament and who shall be the representative of the Head of State in Solomon Islands.
(2) A person shall not be qualified for appointment to the office of Governor-General unless he is qualified for election as a member of Parliament under Chapter VI of this Constitution.
