The President of the Republic appoints the Prime Minister. He terminates his functions on presentation by him of the resignation of the Government.
On proposal of the Prime Minister, he appoints the other members of the Government and terminates their functions. (Art. 38) - French
Le Président de la République nomme le Premier Ministre. Il met fin à ses fonctions sur présentation par celui-ci de la démission du Gouvernement.
Sur proposition du Premier Ministre, il nomme les autres membres du Gouvernement et met fin à leurs fonctions. (Art. 38)
