    The State recognizes the right to education of children and creates conditions favorable to accomplish this objective.
    School is obligatory for children of the two sexes until the age of 15 years.
    The State assures progressively the gratuity of public education. (Art. 35)

    L’Etat reconnaît le droit à l’éducation des enfants et crée les conditions favorables à cette fin.
    L’école est obligatoire pour les enfants des deux sexes jusqu’à l’âge de quinze (15) ans.
    L’Etat assure progressivement la gratuité de l’enseignement public. (Art. 35)
