Employment Rights and Protection

Every citizen [masculine] and every citizen [feminine] has the right to work. The State takes the necessary measures to guarantee it on the basis of competence and equity.
Every citizen [masculine] and every citizen [feminine] has the right to work in decent conditions and to a just remuneration. (Art. 46) - Arabic
العمل حقّ لكلّ مواطن ومواطنة، وتتّخذ الدّولة التّدابير الضّروريّة لضمانه على أساس الكفاءة والإنصاف.
ولكلّ مواطن ومواطنة الحقّ في العمل في ظروف لائقة وبأجر عادل. (الفصل 46) - French
Tout citoyen et toute citoyenne ont droit au travail. L’État prend les mesures nécessaires afin de le garantir sur la base de la compétence et de l’équité.
Tout citoyen et toute citoyenne ont droit au travail dans des conditions décentes et à une juste rémunération. (Art. 46)
