Participation in Public Life and Institutions
- EnglishThe Queen of Cambodia shall have no right to engage in politics, to assume a leading function in State or Government affairs, or to assume an administrative or political role.
The Queen of Cambodia shall devote herself in tasks of social, humanitarian, religious interests, and assist the King in protocol and diplomatic obligations. (Art. 16) - Khmerព្រះមហេសីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ពុំមានព្រះរាជសិទ្ធិ ធ្វើនយោបាយ ទទួលតួនាទីជាអ្នកដឹកនាំរដ្ឋ ឬជាអ្នកដឹកនាំរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល ឬទទួលតួនាទីរដ្ឋបាល ឬនយោបាយឡើយ។
ព្រះមហេសីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជាទុកព្រះរាជកាយពល បំពេញព្រះរាជភារៈបម្រើប្រយោជន៍ សង្គម មនុស្សធម៌ សាសនា និង ជួយព្រះមហាក្សត្រក្នុងព្រះរាជកាតព្វកិច្វ ផ្នែកពិធីការ និងការទូត។ (មាត្រា ១៦)

- EnglishThe National Congress allows the citizens to be directly informed on various affairs of national interest, to raise issues and to submit suggestions to the State authorities for a solution.
Khmer citizens of both sexes have the right to participate in the National Congress. (Art. 147) - Khmerសមាជជាតិបើកឱ្យប្រជារាស្ត្រជ្រាបដោយផ្ទាល់ អំពី កិច្ចការផ្សេងៗដែលជាប្រយោជន៍ជាតិ និងលើកបញ្ហា និងសំណូមពរជូនរដ្ឋអំណាចដោះស្រាយ។
ប្រជារាស្ត្រខ្មែរទាំងពីរភេទ មានសិទ្ធិទៅចូលរួមក្នុងសមាជជាតិ។ (មាត្រា ១៤៧)
