Women’s Rights
- EnglishAll forms of discrimination against women shall be abolished.
The exploitation of women’s labour shall be prohibited.
Men and women have equal rights in all fields, especially with respect to those of marriage and family.
Marriage shall be done according to the conditions set by the law and based on the principles of mutual consent and monogamy. (Art. 45) - Khmerការរើសអើងគ្រប់ប្រភេទ ប្រឆាំងនឹងស្រី្តភេទ ត្រូវបំបាត់ចោល។
ការធ្វើអាជីវកម្មលើការងាររបស់ស្ត្រី ត្រូវហាមឃាត់។
បុរសនិងស្ត្រីមានសិទ្ធិស្មើគ្នាក្នុងគ្រប់វិស័យទាំងអស់ ជាពិសេសក្នុងអាពាហ៍ពិពាហ៍ និងគ្រួសារ។
អាពាហ៍ពិពាហ៍ ត្រូវធ្វើតាមល័ក្ខខ័ណ្ឌដែលមានចែងក្នុងច្បាប់ និងតាមគោលការណ៍ស្ម័គ្រចិត្ត ប្តីមួយ ប្រពន្ធមួយ។ (មាត្រា ៤៥)
Women’s Rights
- EnglishHuman trafficking, exploitation of prostitution and obscenities which affect the dignity of women shall be prohibited.
The dismissal of woman worker for reason of pregnancy shall be prohibited.
Woman shall have the right to take maternity leave with full pay and with guarantee of her seniority in employment and of other social benefits.
The State and the society shall provide women, especially those underprivileged living in rural areas, with opportunities to benefit from assistance for a profession, for medical cares, for their children schooling and for decent living conditions. (Art. 46) - Khmerអំពើលក់ដូរមនុស្ស អំពើធ្វើអាជីវកម្មផ្នែកពេស្យាកម្ម និង អំពើអាសអាភាស ដែលប៉ះពាល់ដល់សេចក្តីថ្លៃថ្នូរ របស់នារី ត្រូវហាមឃាត់។
ត្រូវហាមឃាត់មិនឱ្យមានការបញ្ឈប់នារីពីការងារ ដោយមូលហេតុមានគភ៌។
នារីមានសិទ្ធិឈប់សំរាកនៅពេល សំរាលកូនដោយទទួលប្រាក់បៀវត្ស និងដោយមានការ ធានារក្សាសិទ្ធិអតីតភាពក្នុងការងារ និងអត្ថប្រយោជន៍ សង្គមផ្សេងៗទៀត។
រដ្ឋ និង សង្គមយកចិត្តទុកដាក់បង្កលក្ខណៈឱ្យនារី ជាពិសេសនារីនៅជនបទដែលគ្មានទីពឹងបានទទួលការឧបត្ថម្ភដើម្បីមានមុខរបរ មានលទ្ធភាពព្យាបាលជំងឺ ឱ្យកូនទៅរៀន និងមានជីវភាពរស់នៅសមរម្យ។ (មាត្រា ៤៦)
