    The liberty of forming societies and unions on a national basis and by peaceful means is guaranteed in conformity with the conditions and the stipulations specified by Law; and no person shall be constrained to join any society or union. (Art. 43)

    حرية تكوين الجمعيات والنقابات على أسس وطنية وبوسائل سليمة مكفولة وفقاً للشروط والأوضاع التي يبينها القانون، ولا يجوز إجبار أحد على الانضمام إلى أي جمعية أو نقابة. (المادّة 43)
