Obligations of Private Parties

The exercise of rights and freedoms must not violate the rights and freedoms of others, as well as the requirements of morality, law, public order, [or] cause damage to national security. (Art. 30)

Осуществление прав и свобод не должно нарушать права и свободы других лиц, а также нормы морали, требования закона, общественного порядка, причинять ущерб национальной безопасности. (Статья 30)

Hukuklaryň we azatlyklaryň amala aşyrylmagy beýleki adamlaryň hukuklaryny we azatlyklaryny, şeýle hem ahlak kadalaryny, kanunyň talaplaryny, jemgyýetçilik tertibini bozmaly däldir, milli howpsuzlyga zyýan ýetirmeli däldir. (30-nji madda)

Constitution of Turkmenistan 1992, as amended to 2016 (English). We are aware amendments to the present constitution were adopted in 2017, 2020 and 2023. To date, no English consolidated version is available publicly. Translation efforts are underway. According to Art. 21: “Turkmen language shall be the state language of Turkmenistan. …”
