    Davlat xotin-qizlar va erkaklarga jamiyat hamda davlat ishlarini boshqarishda, shuningdek jamiyat va davlat hayotining boshqa sohalarida teng huquq va imkoniyatlarni ta’minlaydi. (58-modda)
