Equality and Non-Discrimination

1. All are equal before the law.
2. No one may be unjustly discriminated against for reasons such as gender, race, religion, ethnicity, language, political, religious or philosophical beliefs, economic, educational, social status, or their ancestry.
3. No one may be discriminated against for reasons mentioned in paragraph 2, provided no objective and reasonable justification exists. (Art. 18) - Albanian
1. Të gjithë janë të barabartë përpara ligjit.
2. Askush nuk mund të diskriminohet padrejtësisht për shkaqe të tilla si gjinia, raca, feja, etnia, gjuha, bindjet politike, fetare a filozofike, gjendja ekonomike, arsimore, sociale ose përkatësia prindërore.
3. Askush nuk mund të diskriminohet për shkaqet e përmendura në paragrafin 2, nëse nuk ekziston një përligjje e arsyeshme dhe objektive. (Neni 18)
